Planning your special day can be overwhelming. The Justice of the Peace you choose will conduct the ceremony for your special day and should be selected to your liking. I welcome all loving couples and will be honored and happy to perform your ceremony. I give personal attention to detail for every ceremony I perform and will book only one wedding per date to insure you my full attention on your special day.
My experience spans 20 years and includes, private indoor or outdoor “just two of you” ceremony at your home, City Hall or in a park of your choice as well as formal at a venue with friends and family. I will guide you through the process from your first contact to the day I personally and timely file your correctly signed and completed marriage certificate, and sometimes beyond.
As a resident of Meriden, I am very familiar with Hubbard Park as a beautiful year round setting for your wedding as well as Historical Landmark Red Bridge. However, I will travel a reasonable distance from my hometown of Meriden. My basic fee includes unique ceremony, unlimited text, emails, phone calls and a video meeting. Pre-wedding in person meetings and attendance at rehearsals can be arranged. I will accommodate within reason any requests for unique settings and ceremonies. Want to include that special pet? Yes, I will do that as well. An info sheet will be sent to you to complete, which I will use as a guide for your ceremony. A contract for services is available but you can opt out if you prefer. First step to making arrangements is to contact me for date availability and a reservation.

My original JP was sick and at 8 am you were available
my original ceremony location had a inch of Ice! So location was change an hour before.
I ran 2 hours late and you waited gracefully to my special day
It was such a pleasure to have Anna Perry Neumon officiate at our private wedding ceremony on Friday, August 13th. We had some great laughs while sweltering in the 95 degree heat! The simple ceremony, written especially for us, was personal and intimate and described our relationship perfectly. Anna even brought ice cold bottled water with her so that we could have a toast together 😊 Thank you Anna for helping to make this day so special for Evan and myself. I would recommend you 100 times over!
