The prison does allow marriages, we just have to set up our own Justice of Peace. Right now we are in the process of paper work and trying to find a Justice of Peace and after the jail will give us a date. So as of right now i have no date until we give in the paper work but i do know they only allow the marriages on Monday afternoons. Is this something you would be willing to do?
