Good morning,
My fiancé and I are looking to have a secret marriage (just the two of us) before our big day and we were wondering if you would be interested in being our officiant. Just a little bit about us; we have been together for three years, and he proposed on June 9 this year at Sugarloaf Mt where we had our first date.

I’m Zimbabwean and he is American(from South Deerfield), and initially we had been planning to have a big wedding in Zimbabwe in Dec 2020 and then in the US shortly after but we were told that since I’m on a student visa(we met when I was in college), that may eventually cause immigration issues. Long story short, we are now thinking of signing a marriage certificate and later having our two weddings with our families (after all the immigration stuff has been figured out). Do you think you’d be able to officiant our marriage on July 3rd? Do we need any witnesses? We possibly would just have a civil marriage, but none of us are really familiar with how that works.

We both live in South Deerfield.
