Hello Sherry! My fiancé and I are looking for a JP to perform a simple elopement Ceramony. We have a very small reception planned for July 15th (next week!) We were originally going to have a friend of ours ordained to perform the even smaller ceremony we have planned for July 14th on Cannon mountain, however that got tied up/delayed so that ceremony will be a non-offical event for folks that are flying in from out of state for the event.

We are hoping to find a JP that can perform an intimate, non formal officiating of our wedding sometime between this week and next week, so we can be officially married prior to the events planned for next week.

Derek (my fiancé) and I are very non-traditional, (and busy!) people. We are hoping to find someone to help walk us through the official stages of the marriage license and officiate a small exchange of vows in private before our set “wedding” next week.
