Hi Merly! My fiance and I are having a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in early January and we decided to have the legal ceremony in the US due to the requirements in Mexico. We did some research on the requirements in Connecticut and based on what we’ve read, we are going to the West Hartford local vital records office this Friday to apply for a marriage license since we plan to have the ceremony in West Hartford. So now we need an officiator 🙂 We were hoping to have the ceremony early-afternoon on Friday Dec 22, but we have not picked a location yet. Any chance you’re available that day?
